Liam is starting to give us those first "social smiles", and he's SO CUTE! Sometimes, it's only a half-grin, like the one in the picture, but other times, it's a full gummy smile. Oh, he's so cute, I could just eat him up! It's nice to feel like he does actually know we're here!We had his first month check-up today. He got one shot - ouch - and a clean bill of health from our doctor. We haven't had any more issues with his belly button, so I think we're all done with that stinky crisis! He weighed 11 lbs. 13 oz. (that's up another pound since last week!), and measured 22 1/2 inches. That puts him at 95% for weight and 70% for height on the growth charts! What a big guy!

Just seeing your blog for the first time Wendy. Miriam was saying that your little boy is here now... congrats! Hope all is going well. Such a cute picture of Liam here!!!! Hope Maya is enjoying having a little brother:)
